MS Fun & Fitness
Fun and Fitness will consist of a variety of workout opportunities during the first half of our time and end with different fun activities each day. There will be a wide variety of activities that keep your heart rate up and the level of enjoyment high. Come to workout and stay for the fun!
MS Athletic Development Training
The Athletic Readiness Program is focused on teaching the student how to lift with proper technique. There are core lifts in the Athletic Readiness Program that will develop the hip and leg strength which is essential in all sports. This is a strength and conditioning program designed to develop the student athlete’s explosive power, strength and speed. It does not matter what sport the student is training for or his/her gender, this program will assist each student within their preferred sport.
Super Summer (Get your butt out of bed!)
Hey, middle schoolers! Who wants to have a super summer? That’s right. You do! Come join us each morning to start your day off in a positive way. This course is designed to keep us healthy and happy over the summer. We will determine the activities and set our agenda together. Possibilities include photography, cooking, walking field trips, yoga, volunteering, meditation, goal setting and action planning for the future, nature walks, art experiences, etc… Who doesn’t want to start their day in a happy way? Please join us; it’s going to be awesome! This course will be similar to WMS Wonderful life which was formerly run as a Focus time course at the middle school. Kids loved it!
