Winneconne Students Again Significantly Exceed Expectations

Our students showed significantly higher results as compared to students in our area and across the state of Wisconsin.

The State Report Card is part of the state accountability system. The Department of Public Instruction (DPI) produces report cards for every publicly funded school and district in Wisconsin. These report cards include data on multiple indicators for multiple years across four Priority Areas (Achievement, Growth, Target Group Outcomes, and On-track to Graduation). In addition, the report cards provide course and program participation information for grades 9-12 for public schools and districts. A school or district's overall accountability score places the school/district into one of five overall accountability ratings:

Significantly Exceeds Expectations

Exceeds Expectations
Meets Expectations
Meets Few Expectations

Failed to Meet Expectations

We are proud to share that our District Report Card Significantly Exceeds Expectations!!!

At the 9th and 10th grade level, students take the Aspire assessment.  Winneconne has 56.3 percent of students proficient or advanced in ELA, and 52.1 percent proficient or advanced in math.  The state of Wisconsin has 32.2 percent in ELA and 29.8 percent in Math.

At 11th grade level, students take the ACT.  The ACT is the same college admissions exam taken by students nationwide.
